She was very knowledgeable about the process, and explained each step of the house-buying process in detail using easy-to-uneerstand language. When I had to make decisions, she outlined some different options for me and explained the pros and cons of each option. She also recommended several other products (mortgage providers, home inspectors, etc) that were very good, and I could tell that she always had my best interests in mind.
